Are you walking in Health Sovereignty?
Do you know what questions to ask your healthcare provider?
Do you receive answers you can trust?
Does your provider inform you of all of your treatment options?
Is your choice honored by your provider?
Does your provider care for ALL of you: body, mind, & spirit?
If you answered “No” to any or all of these questions, you do not have complete health sovereignty. The approach to Menopause (the perimenopausal transition) represents a critical phase of life for walking in health sovereignty. Inevitable hormone shifts can cause confusing symptoms and exacerbate previous underlying conditions. It’s vital that you are equipped to choose the provider that’s right for you if you decide that you need healthcare for managing and mitigating your symptoms (hot flashes, sleep struggles, heavy bleeds, pain with sex, mood swings…).
If you need guidance in your decision process and would like to be connected with perimenopause provider possibilities, I’m happy to sit down and chat with you!
Also,
These individual talks are for you if:
1) You could not fit a weekly series into your schedule
2) You finished a series and want to go deeper into a topic
3) You would like guidance choosing a healthcare provider
4) You simply want to learn more about perimenopause
5) You would like to have accountability in an area of self-care.
On the journey with you,
Celia
