Discover new ways to enhance your well-being, from nutrition guidance to mindfulness practices and hormone education, and specialties like Ayurveda and acupuncture. This powerful day will include four main session talks given by local holistic practitioners. In the afternoon, attendees will have the opportunity to select four focused breakout sessions led by experts and coaches across many different disciplines. We will all gather for a local catered lunch included in your ticket.
